Familie, Freundschaft, Schule

Die Familie, der Freundeskreis und Personen im schulischen Umfeld (u.a. Mitschülerinnen und -schüler, Lehrpersonen) nehmen im Leben der Jugendlichen eine zentrale Rolle ein. Einerseits stellen diese Bezugspersonen Anforderungen an die Jugendlichen (z.B. zu befolgende Regeln und (Gruppen-) Normen, zu erbringende schulische Leistungen). Andererseits können sie den Jugendlichen aber auch viel bieten (z.B. praktische und emotionale Unterstützung, Austausch, neue Erfahrungen). Nehmen Jugendliche die Beziehungen zu diesen Personen als positiv wahr bzw. denken, den Ansprüchen gewachsen zu sein, dann dürfte dies für ihr Wohlbefinden förderlich sein.
