A new website for HBSC Switzerland

The official website of the HBSC study in Switzerland, which was launched in 2008, has just been thoroughly revised by Addiction Switzerland. Among other things, the reference list was amended and is now more user-friendly.

More adolescents feel pressured by schoolwork

More than one third of the 15-year-olds feel pressured by schoolwork. In this group, smoking is more prevalent. In 2014 compared to 1998, a larger portion of adolescents felt pressured by schoolwork. Adolescents who feel pressured are more likely to experience lower levels of well-being. The aforementioned results are summarized in a new factsheet on pressure by schoolwork and its evolution over time.
