Famille, ami·e·s, école

La famille, les ami·e·s et les personne côtoyées à l’école (autres élèves, enseignant·e·s entre autres) jouent un rôle crucial dans la vie des adolescent·e·s. D’un côté, ces personnes de référence posent des exigences (respect de règles et de normes (de groupe), performances scolaires à fournir). De l'autre, elles peuvent aussi leur apporter beaucoup (p. ex. soutien pratique et émotionnel, échanges, nouvelles expériences). Percevoir les relations avec ces personnes de façon positive et penser être à la hauteur des exigences favoriserait le bien-être des adolescent·e·s.
