Mondo digitale

Internet e diversi apparecchi elettronici (smartphone, tablet, computer, televisore) offrono oggi ai giovani innumerevoli possibilità di comunicare, ricercare informazioni, guardare video, giocare a giochi, ecc. Queste attività e questi apparecchi occupano un posto importante nella vita quotidiana degli adolescenti e possono portare vantaggi come pure rappresentare un rischio. Può succedere, per esempio, che i giovani trascurino altre attività e impegni, siano vittime di cyberbullismo o dormano troppo poco.
